Stock Control

Among other things, Peterson Control Union is a stock control specialist. Our stock control services keep more than just an eye on quality and quantity changes in your stock, whether it is stored at your location or at a third-party location.

Temperature

Some products stored in bulk are susceptible to self-heating and even spontaneous combustion. To ensure that this does not occur, we continuously monitor your commodities. Such monitoring can be done using portable temperature probes and IR cameras, but also using wireless probes measuring temperatures and levels of combustion gasses that products emit in small quantities when self-heating processes start to occur. The data output stream from the probes is automatically sent to our web server and can be accessed by customers in a password-protected environment.

Quality

During storage, we continuously assess and act upon the risk of products getting mixed with other products, or becoming contaminated. Among other things, we monitor:

• how different products are stored;
• whether mutual distances and/or segregation measures are acceptable, and 
• the presence, or rather non-presence of dangerous materials that could cause problems.

Quantity

Peterson Control Union will obviously safeguard your stock quantities, ensuring that stock does not disappear by accident or by theft.
