Heavy Metal Detection

Heavy metals can invade food and feed as a consequence of soil contamination, but also during production processes, thus threatening food and feed safety. We offer a package of analyses to detect the presence of heavy metals such as mercury, lead, copper and arsenic. Minerals such as sodium, potassium, chlorine and manganese can also be determined by using AAS, or the more advanced ICP-MS technique.
