Cargo Carrying Unit Rentals (CCU)

Peterson SBS offers all kinds of lifting equipment for rent. Such equipment includes containers, tank containers, skips, baskets and slings for packing and lifting exploration & production equipment.

The CCUs and slings are rented out to clients either on a day-to-day or long-term basis.

Certification Information Quality System

All lifting equipment is certified and the certificates are available to our clients online via our unique, in-house developed data base system C.I.Q.S. (Certification Information Quality System).

The C.I.Q.S. offers clients other benefits, too, as it provides information on equipment which requires re-certification during longer lasting project periods, and on equipment which is in use for semi permanent storage at offshore installations.

The C.I.Q.S. can be linked to Peterson SBS’s load list and deck plan applications. The system warns operators when a unit is entered with a certificate expiry date less than 4 weeks into the future and refuses to administer units that are out of certification.
